NettetFound a fix for my joy-con wiggle. Realized it wasn't an issue with my Switch unit itself when the joy-con was wiggling in the grip as well. Placed tape on the top and bottom portions of the joy-con's rail next to the SL and SR buttons. Took three layers of tape to stop the wiggling. Now it feels solid! Hope this helps.
