Even kicks on when its a cooler day. Also stays on when driving down the highway. Thought the fan was supposed to kick on when it reached a certain temperature then goes off once the temp drops. You can also try this : pull the high speed relay. add a jumper between pin 5 & 6 of the high speed relay socket. Turn on the ignition with the ac on. the fan should run.
