I had apparently used a driver for the standard 400 instead of the 450 turbo, which apparently caused the issue with blank labels. Reinstalled the printer (it's connected via an ioGear server), opened and closed the software, and voila! WebAm troubleshooting a Dymo Labelwriter 4XL thermal printer that is feeding 4" x 6" shipping labels 1" short of the end of the label. Makes for some badly misaligned prints. This is one of two Dymo 4XL printers we have at our shipping station. The companion printer is behaving correctly with the same label stock and printer drivers (on Mac).
